1.What is a refurbished phone?
A refurbished phone is a second-hand phone that has been tested and reconditioned for sale as a high-quality used phone. They are NOT broken phones that have been repaired. Our used phones undergo a thorough testing and reconditioning program which includes the following checks:

We guarantee that our phones are free from faults, in the rare case that a phone develops a fault, within 60 days you are entitled to a refund or replacement (in accordance with you statuatory rights). Please note that our guarantee only covers manufactures faults and doesn"t cover the handset if it has been dropped, come into contact with liquid or otherwise mistreated.

2.What happens if my phone stops working?
In the unlikely event that your handset develops a fault within 60 days of sale you are entitled to a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the handset, as long as the handset has not been mistreated.
If your handset fails after the 60 day period then we can give a very reasonable quote for the cost of the repair. Please contact us for more information.

3.How could I get your price list?
We will provide the full price list (rates chart) to the interested and potential customers. Please tell us your preferred models, quantity with your detailed company/personal contact information. We will email/fax you the full price quotation, and the estimated shippipng and handling fees.

4.How could I get a sample?
We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose. But we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery charge and then send samples to you.

5.What is included with the phone?
As well as the handset you will receive the battery and charger,box and manual.

6.Where do you deliver to?
At present we can deliver the goods to any country in the world.

7.What kind of shipment will you use?
We ship the goods by your appointed forwarder such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and all available airlines.
